How Do I Place My Order?
Placing an order is simple! Select your preferred charm product on the product page, then click the “Add To Cart” button. Follow the easy checkout process, and once completed, we’ll begin preparing your order. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is on its way!

How Long Will It Take to Ship My Order?
Our orders typically ship within 5 to 10 business days. For international customers, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit time. We always aim to get your handmade charm products to you as soon as possible!

My Tracking Number Isn’t Working.
It may take 1-2 days for your tracking number to be activated in the shipping carrier’s system. If the tracking number doesn’t update after this time or if you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier. For additional assistance, you can also reach out to us.

I Need Help with a Late Order.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days for domestic orders or 20 business days for international orders, please contact us. We will assist you in locating your order and provide support to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.
