- Processing Time: 3-5 business days* during regular seasons. Processing times may be extended during holiday seasons.

About Late Deliveries
While our shipping partners aim to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Sokoslas Store is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment, building, or floor number)
- Severe weather conditions
- International customs procedures
Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order has been processed. Please allow 2-4 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, it may be because the carrier has not yet processed the package. Once scanned, tracking events will be updated.
Multiple Item Orders
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. It’s common to receive one item before the rest, so don’t worry—your remaining items are on their way.

Delivery to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we do not offer delivery to multiple addresses for a single order. If you need to ship items to different addresses, please place separate orders.
PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses
We do offer shipping to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses will be delivered via DHL Global Mail and transferred to USPS for final delivery. Please note that shipments to APOs may take up to 45 additional days and tracking updates will cease once the package enters the military mail system due to security reasons.
