Refunds and Reprints
We will issue a refund or reprint your order at no additional cost in the following cases:
- The product is defective.
- The design differs from the one shown on our site.
- The product type or size does not match your order.
What Should You Do?
To request a refund, please report the issue to us within 14 days of receiving your item. Include the following information when contacting us at [email protected]:
- Your order/invoice ID.
- If you received the wrong or damaged item, attach a picture of the product.
Once we review your request, the refund process will be initiated within 1-3 business days. If approved, the refund should be credited back to you within 2-3 business days.
Returns
If you received the wrong or defective item, you are not required to return it. We will approve your refund without the need for a return, and the refund is expected to arrive in 2-3 business days.
Please Note:
We do not process refunds, reprints, or returns in the following situations:
- If your order did not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive or pick up the package).
- If your order was delayed or lost due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs issues, natural disasters, tracking shows the package was delivered).
- If the product is received as described on the website.
Cancellations
You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of your total order value will be applied for cancellations. After 24 hours, we cannot cancel your order, as it will have entered the production phase.
Refund Process

- Credit Card Refunds: 10-14 business days (depending on your bank).
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for sizing errors unless it was our mistake. For any printing issues or other errors, we will handle the process for you. Please contact us first before attempting to return the item, as we must authorize any returns.
Compensation Options
- Points or Coupons: Processed within 1-2 business days.
- Repair: Typically takes 7-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
